Instructions for presenters
- Oral presentations:
For the authors of papers accepted for oral presentation (main track and special sessions), each speaker has around 15 minutes to present, and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
A particular case is the session “Best CBMI 2018 papers”, which has been allowed 20 minutes for each speaker and 5 minutes for questions and answers.
For the presentation, we will provide presenters with a computer and video projection system equipped with PDF viewer and Microsoft Powerpoint. Please note that presentations should be uploaded prior to your session.
- Poster presentations:
For the authors of papers accepted for poster presentation, a poster panel of DIN A0 (portrait) size is provided. If you need extra space, a power plug, a table or any other support, please let us know beforehand.
- Demos:
An accepted demo paper is expected to be presented at the conference demo session. Demo authors will be set up with a table and a power plug. Internet connection is available on site. In case you need any other particular equipments (e.g., video projector etc), please let us know beforehand.
