Conference Registration

Each accepted paper (full/short paper, special session and demo) has to have at least one registration at a regular rate, in order to appear in the conference proceedings.

Each accepted paper has to be presented at the conference venue in order to appear in the proceedings, and has to be registered within August 20th.

Note: because of the summer holidays period where the University and all services will be closed, we strongly advise you to register before July 20th (and hence benefit from early registration rates)

Registration fees

Registration for the conference comprises the following:

  • admission to all CBMI sessions;
  • coffee breaks;
  • one invitation for the conference social events (welcome reception, social event and gala dinner);
  • one conference welcome pack (including the conference proceedings).
