Call for Special Sessions

Special sessions will be held as plenary sessions and should typically target 4 to 6 high-quality oral presentations on the topic addressed. Special session organizers will manage the selection process for their session under the guidance of the special session chairs.

Submission Instructions

Proposals should be submitted by email to the special session chairs:
jenny.benois@labri.fr, guillaume.gravier@irisa.fr
either in plain-text or PDF format.

Please include the following information:

  •  Title of the proposed special session
  • Rationale for the proposal, including target audience
  • A brief bio and contact information for the organizers
  • A tentative/confirmed list of invited papers
    (titles/affiliations/authors; if the case)

Important Dates

  • Special Session Proposals Due: February 19, 2018
  • Notification of Acceptance: March 09, 2018
  • Special Sessions Paper Submission: May 2018
  • Notification of Acceptance: June 29, 2018
  • Camera-Ready Papers Due: July 13, 2018
